"We ran 23 "Shows", won 5 and had a number of 2nds and 3rds." said the 24 year old Anderson. "It was a pretty good year." Anderson plans to run a full season in 2010 and is currently courting sponsors.

Anderson is optimisit he can return to victory lane. Anderson is serious about racing. The tall blonde driver grew up racing. His father, an intregal part of the racing team, raced micros in the early 1990's and then moving to Midgets for a year. Anderson's grand father owned Bedrock Raceway in Belleville, Illinois and it was a natural transition from ATVs to Go-Carts at the age of 11. Anderson spent several race seasons racing Go-Carts before moing up to Micros.
In 2004 he won the POWRi Rookie of the Year award and the Design 500 National Midget Rookie of the Year, which Anderson said, "meant a lot." The second year of racing a horrific accident resulted in a broken neck, sidelining Anderson for a portion of the season. Anderson who said "nothing was right" still managed to finish 5th in the points that year. 2008 was the championship year, a year of finishes that Anderson would like to repeat or better. "I like what I do and I know how hard it is to make it," said the humble driver. "I'm not about the millions. If I could race Midget or Sprint cars and make a living doing it, that would be great!"
